We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping via e-Packet! Please note that we take an average of 1 to 3 business days to complete your order and then ship it.  

Please rest assured that we are making every effort to have your order delivered as soon as possible!  

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please take into account any holidays that may affect delivery times.  

At UniqueUre, we encourage discovery behavior. We work with small suppliers all over the world to share their products, and some of our products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable, so all of our shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-ordered or back-ordered products:  

If your order includes pre-order or back-order products, we will ship our existing products immediately and ship the pre-order or back-order products as soon as possible. So, if you order multiple products on an order and only receive some of them, don't worry, you will receive the rest soon. You can email us for more shipping details.

Track your order:  

If you provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our order tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking data to be displayed. Or you can send an email to service@uniqueure.com to update your delivery information.  

Wrong address declaration:  

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@uniqueure.com.  

Returns:  

By placing an order with UniqueUre, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to UniqueUre.   For information on how to process returns, please refer to our Refund and Returns policy.  

Parcel lost or be stolen  

Unique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your courier information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your local courier company as provided on our order tracking page.
