Β·Optional tongue and eyelid image assessments.


Due to the personalized nature of HolosVital formulas, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalized herbal formula products, even if unopened.


Refunds are not available due to:

Β·Personal preference;
Β·Taste preferences;
Β·Expectations regarding wellness results;
Β·Failure to achieve specific wellness outcomes.

Our 90-Day Personalized Support Promise

At HolosVital, we believe meaningful wellness progress comes through consistency, personalized care, and ongoing support.


If you consistently use HolosVital herbal wellness formulas at least once per month for three consecutive months and do not notice any positive changes in your wellness experience, we will provide an enhanced level of personalized support.


Our Chief Wellness Expert will personally connect with you to understand your wellness journey and provide enhanced personalized guidance designed around your unique needs.


Throughout your wellness journey, our team may:
Β·Follow up after each formula cycle;
Β·Review your feedback;
Β·Record your wellness experience;
Β·Use your feedback to further personalize future recommendations.


The 90-day personalized support promise provides additional wellness support and consultation. It does not represent a guarantee of specific results, refunds, or medical outcomes.

Damaged Orders During Shipping

While HolosVital carefully prepares and packages every order, unexpected damage may occur during transportation.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Please provide:
Β·Order number;
Β·Photos of the damaged product;
Β·Photos of the shipping package and packaging materials.


After reviewing your request, HolosVital may provide:
Β·A replacement product;
Β·A refund for the damaged item;
Β·Another appropriate resolution.


Customers do not need to contact the shipping carrier directly. HolosVital will assist with the resolution process when necessary.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:
Β·A product different from what you ordered; or
Β·Missing items from your order;


please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


After confirming the issue, HolosVital will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
Β·Sending the correct product;
Β·Sending missing items;
Β·Providing another reasonable resolution.

Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been:

Β·Used;
Β·Damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
Β·Altered from their original condition.

Order Cancellation

Because personalized formulas may require preparation after your wellness assessment is reviewed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.


Once an order has entered preparation, processing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
